Coachella Valley CrossFit is headquartered in the Palm Springs Area and was founded in 2014 on principles of fitness, community, accountability, and integrity.  It is our mission to offer the best possible service aimed at helping people of all fitness levels improve their quality of life. Our community-based strength and conditioning fitness programs have been proven effective globally and deliver unparalleled results.

At Coachella Valley CrossFit, we make a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. These fitness domains are Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Our programming is designed to enhance an individual’s competency at ALL physical tasks.  Simply stated, our aim is to focus on developing overall athleticism for those athletic minds who have stopped competing or are in the off-season — no matter your age or level of competition.

MEET OUR COACHES

Elijah J. Bishop

PT, MPT, FST-L2, CF-L2 (Owner)

CrossFit Experience: 7 years

Throughout my entire life I have always been a physically competitive person and athlete. I have participated in many sports including, soccer, track and field, Tae Kwon Do, basketball, cycling, and triathlons. I have always strived to be the best that I possibly could at any sport in which I participated.
Although winning is great, improvement in personal time or performance was always more important to me. It was the “process of progress” that made me feel like a winner. CrossFit allows me to witness that “process of progress” in myself as well as my athletes. It is the best feeling to help others achieve fitness goals that were once only unattainable dreams.
